Facilitated Campus Conversation
Creating Greater Inclusion on Campus
Join other members of the UA community in a facilitated conversation about creating change on campus that promotes greater inclusivity at all levels of the institution. The conversations will be 75 minutes long, and light refreshments will be provided.
Information from these conversations will be used to support the UA Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as part of their participation in training for Leading Organization Inclusion. Over the course of the fall semester, senior leaders will be working in small teams to develop projects on accountability and incentivizing of inclusion efforts. Members from the Division of Equity, Inclusion and Title IX's Initiatives for Organizational Inclusion are facilitating this conversation to get your thoughts on how we can create accountability and incentivization at all levels of our institution to create organizational change around inclusion. The conversations will then be summarized and conveyed to the senior leaders so they can consider these perspectives when designing and implementing their projects. As key stakeholders in the institution, we want to hear your thoughts.
For the purposes of privacy and confidentiality, no identifying information will be relayed. Rather, themes emerging from across these conversations will be combined with themes emerging from a variety of additional facilitated conversations with student organizations, faculty and staff groups, and facilitated conversations with community members.
